A HANDWASHING SIGN WAS MISSING FROM THE HAND SINK AT THE END OF THE<br />

BACK COUNTER ACROSS FROM THE ISLAND OASIS MACHINE. THE PIC HAD TWO<br />

HANDWASHING SIGNS AT THE OTHER HAND SINK, SO ONE SIGN WAS MOVED BACK<br />

TO THIS SINK. CORRECTED.<br />

Closing Comments:<br />

EXCELLENT INSPECTION TODAY! THE PIC HAS MADE CHANGES TO PROCEDURES AND MENU<br />

CHANGES (ISLAND OASIS, ETC.) THAT HAVE FREED UP STORAGE SPACE AND ALLOWED FOR BETTER<br />

ORGANIZATION OF FOOD STUFFS AND OTHER ITEMS. DATEMARKING IS EXCELLENT. FOOD TEMPS<br />

WERE ALL VERY GOOD.<br />

I WAS TOLD THE NEW COMPRESSOR FOR THE BROKEN PIZZA MAKE UNIT CAME IN TODAY,<br />

ALLOWING IT TO BE FIXED AND PUT BACK INTO USE VERY SOON. HOPEFULLY THE DOLLARS WILL<br />

COME THROUGH FOR A NEW SANDWICH MAKE UNIT AND THE DAYS OF THE DOOR THAT<br />

CONSTANTLY FALLS OFF THE CURRENT MAKE UNIT WILL BE OVER.<br />
