NOCCIOLATA ORGANIC HAZELNUT

Nocciolata organic chocolate hazelnut
spread by Rigoni di Asiago is now considered
a “must-have.” Creamy, natural, with
organic ingredients and carefully selected,
Nocciolata is produced by working all ingredients
slowly and carefully. It is not
processed with chemical ingredients and
does not contain additive, colorings or artificial
flavorings. Cocoa from the West Indies,
Italian Hazelnuts, (low-fat) Vanilla

founded on the Asiago Plateau and for
us it is an ethical choice to stay where
we were born and raised and where
our grandmother Elisa began the beekeeping
operations before the First
World War,” said Andrea Rigoni, current
CEO and General Manager.

Mielbio is made “only” with Italian
honeys and comes from the best
Italian production areas. It is raw and

Fiordifrutta organic fruit spread is
the only preserve with an authentic
taste of fresh fruit, prepared with the

French in its origin, a ballotine is traditionally
a boned thigh of chicken, duck or other
poultry stuffed with forcemeat and other ingredients
that enhance the flavor of the meat
being prepared.
Alexian Chicken Ballotine is prepared
with a split breast of chicken that encases
minced chicken meat, pistachio nuts and a
medley of dried tropical fruits including, papaya,
raisins, apricots and pineapple. The

and simple. They took me to the English
countryside, where I saw myself sipping a
cup of hot tea and nibbling from a platter
of these delicious cookies.
A Couple of Squares knows it is important

prepared meat in then baked slowly in a terrine

pistachios combine to promise an extraordinary
tasting experience.
The chicken itself is raised on a local
Pennsylvania farm, and is certified to be free
of added hormones and antibiotics. The farm
must also certify that their animals are vegetarian-fed
and that their breeding and raising
practices are humane and sensitive to the
good health and well being of their animals.
