GENERAL DESCRIPTION<br />

SALE PROCEDURE<br />

• Sealed written bids must be submitted by each bidder to Greene Farm Management<br />

Service, Inc., P.O. Box 400, 213 Second Street, Dunlap, IL, 61525-0400 on or before January<br />

31, 2013 at 5:00 P.M.<br />

• Each bid submitted should be in a separate sealed envelope on a “per acre” basis with<br />

name, address and phone number of bidder identified on the outside of envelope.<br />

• The highest bid will be posted at 11 A.M., February 4, 2013 and all bidders will have an<br />

opportunity to raise their “per acre” bid at the auction.<br />

• Successful bidder will deposit 10% of total purchase price on the day of the sale to the<br />

Greene Farm Management Trust Account and execute a Contract for Purchase (Contract<br />

available for review prior to auction). The balance of the purchase price shall be paid to<br />

Kenzley Title Group Escrow account in the form required by them at closing.<br />

• Closing shall be in the offices of Kenzley Title Group, Oregon, IL on or before March 4,<br />
