<strong>Application</strong> <strong>Check</strong> <strong>List</strong><br />
Below are the application requirements and check list. Please make sure you understand the<br />
application process and all that is required before sending in your materials.<br />
Complete online application<br />
Letter of support from your school music teacher, private teacher and parent/guardian (letter<br />
found on page four of this document)<br />
<strong>Application</strong> fee of $25<br />
Online <strong>Application</strong><br />
The online application can be accessed by visiting our audition page on our website at<br />
www.<strong>Pacific</strong><strong>Symphony</strong>.org/psye. A student need only complete one application whether they are<br />
auditioning for one or more ensembles.<br />
Letter of Support<br />
Letter of support found on page four of this document can be presented to and signed by your<br />
school music teacher, private teacher and parent/guardian. <strong>Application</strong>s are not considered<br />
complete without this signed letter.<br />
<strong>Application</strong> Fee<br />
A $25 application fee is required for every application. This is a one-time non-refundable fee and<br />
is applicable to a single application. Those auditioning for multiple ensembles need only<br />
complete the online application once and send in only one application fee of $25. Families who<br />
may have more than one student auditioning, will require two applications, and therefore two<br />
application fees of $25 (one per student).<br />
Submitting Your Materials<br />
• Online applications are submitted via the online application by clicking the “submit”<br />
button at the end of the application. There is no need to print and mail, fax, or email this<br />
application.<br />
• Signed Letter of Support and <strong>Application</strong> Fee must be mailed to our office at the<br />
address below. <strong>Check</strong>s are made payable to PACIFIC SYMPHONY. Please write your<br />
student’s name in the memo line of your check. Please send BOTH your letter of<br />
support and application fee together in one envelope.<br />
Note that applications are not considered complete until all three items above are<br />
received. Applicants will not receive an email confirming receipt of their materials until all<br />
three items above are received.<br />
