3 Order <strong>of</strong> Calling Cases<br />

The following is a suggestion in the order <strong>of</strong> calling cases.<br />

• Call through defended hearing cases to find out which are ready to proceed and stand<br />

down cases according to estimated time for hearing.<br />

• Next, call cases where defendants are in custody to free up police and prison <strong>of</strong>ficers.<br />

• Call adjourned cases and those that had defendants previously remanded.<br />
