Pot Chicken<br />

600 g. chicken breast<br />

400 g. potatoes<br />

150 g. carrots<br />

200 g. green beans<br />

100 g onion<br />

Directions<br />

1tbsp. dried parsley<br />

1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash<br />

½ cup cooking sherry<br />

6 tbsp. CapTri ®<br />

Split and skin chicken breasts then place in a large<br />

cooking pot. Peel potatoes, slice ½ inch thick and<br />

place on top of chicken breasts. Peel and quarter<br />

onion an carrots. Cut ends off green beans. Place<br />

vegetables in a pot with potatoes and chicken. Top<br />

with cooking sherry and season with Mrs. Dash.<br />

Cover tightly and bake for two hours at 350 degrees.<br />

Add CapTri ® to each individual serving.<br />

Serves six.<br />
