RUGGED ROUTERS
Parvus’ DuraMAR mobile router subsystems integrate industry-leading Cisco IOS software with mobile IP
networking features and ultra-rugged mechanical designs optimized for on-the-move military /civil netcentric
operations. Featuring advanced security, management, QoS, VLAN, routing and switching support, Parvus
DuraMAR routers reliably deliver secure data, voice, and video services to virtually anywhere LAN or WAN
connectivity may be required, including mobile, airborne, ground, manned or unmanned vehicle applications
in thermal, shock and vibration extremes.
DuraMAR 1000
DuraMAR 3230 & 1000
Legacy generation Mobile Access Router (MAR) subsystems based on Cisco
3200 series Integrated Services Routers (ISRs) are deployed in numerous
military and civil programs, including unmanned aerial vehicles, missile
defense platforms, amphibious assault vehicles, expeditionary fighting
vehicles, attack helicopters, tactical wheeled vehicles, and more. Standalone
router and router + Gigabit Ethernet switch configurations flexibly scale port
density and functionality in hardened models designed to MIL-STD-810G
and MIL-STD-461 environmental conditions.
DuraMAR 3230
Standalone 5915 Router
DuraMAR 5915
Next generation mobile router with Cisco Mobile Ready Net capabilities
based around Cisco 5915 Embedded Services Router (ESR) platform. An
ideal solution for IP networking refresh and situational awareness applications,
including those seeking a migration path for legacy Cisco 3200 (3230 / 3250
/ 3270)-based router subsystems, the DuraMAR 5915 features dual WAN
uplinks and is available as either a standalone 5-port network router or with
an integrated Gigabit Ethernet switch for a total of 19 Ethernet ports.
DuraMAR 5915 delivers the performance, security, advanced Quality of
Service (QoS), high availability, and manageability that customers expect
from Enterprise IOS-based routing technology. The unit supports extensive
IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols, IP multicasting, Radio Aware Routing
(RAR), Dynamic Link Exchange Protocol (DLEP) and Mobile IP routing
for transparent connectivity to a roaming vehicle network in Comms on the
Move (COTM) applications. An onboard AES hardware encryption engine
offloads encryption processing from the router to provide highly secure yet
scalable data, video, and voice services.
