Whole pepper-crusted beef tenderloin Whole beef tenderloin<br />

with Bordelaise sauce served with horseradish cream, caramelized<br />

onions | $475, serves 25<br />

Boneless prime rib Oven roasted rib-eye served with garlic-thyme<br />

jus, horseradish cream, caramelized onions | $500, serves 30<br />

Honey glazed ham Rosemary-honey glazed ham served with Dijon<br />
