address within 21 business days. Back-ordered 

items may take slightly longer. Delivery will be 

made between the hours of 9am and 5pm, 

Monday to Friday. 

If no one is available, a card will be left for 

collection from your local post office. If 

delivery is to a business address, please include 

the business name when redeeming. Rewards 

cannot be delivered outside Australia. 

Order before 4 December to ensure 

pre-Christmas delivery. 

Certificate and Voucher Rewards 

Delivery will be made to your statement 

address within 7 business days, unless 

otherwise stated. If your billing address is 

a PO Box and you are redeeming vouchers 

over $600, please provide a home or work 

address, including the business name for 

courier purposes. Order before 13 December 

to ensure pre-Christmas delivery.

You earn at least one Membership Rewards point for every dollar you spend on your 

American Express® Card. So every purchase you make, no matter how big or small, 

earns you valuable points towards your next reward. You enjoy the freedom of 

having no limits to the number of points you can earn, and as long as your account 

remains current, they won’t expire either.

Points + Pay 

You can get the rewards you want sooner 

with Points + Pay. Simply use some of your 

points towards your selected reward, then 

make up the difference with a payment
