Artillery and Chemical Training<br />
Description:<br />
The Artillery and Chemical Training contract (ACT) is an 8(a) set-aside<br />
for providing world-wide Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) of<br />
the <strong>Army</strong>’s Air Defense, Field Artillery, and Chemical training devices.<br />
It was awarded on 16 October 2007 to Skillstorm, Inc.<br />
Acquisition Strategy<br />
ACT is a competitively awarded FFP contract with<br />
T & M and Award Fee provisions. It was awarded using the<br />
Best Value criteria set forth in the RFP. The period of<br />
performance is 5 yrs.<br />

Warfighter FOCUS<br />
Description:<br />
Warfighter Focus (WFF) is the follow on contract to the expiring Live,<br />
Virtual, and Constructive Training contracts. It was awarded on 6 June<br />
2007 to Raytheon Technical Services Company, the prime contractor for<br />
the Warrior Training Alliance. WFF provides a “quick reaction” contract<br />
vehicle for responding to the Warfighter’s training needs. It provides<br />
users a single point of contact for flexible, efficient, integrated training<br />
services for the <strong>Army</strong>, other branches of the military, and government<br />
agencies.<br />
Acquisition Strategy<br />
Single award ID/IQ Contract with FFP, T&M, and<br />
Award Fee provisions. It was awarded using the<br />
Best Value evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP.<br />
The period of performance is 10 yrs.<br />
