Guidelines for Submissions
The deadline for receipt of all abstracts is February 16, 2007. Please visit the ISPE
website, www.pharmacoepi.org for submission guidelines. The online submission
site will be operational in December 2006. Questions about abstract submissions
should be directed to Marathon Multimedia at support@marathonmultimedia.com.
Authors who cannot submit by e-mail must contact Marathon
Multimedia by telephone (507-334-5212) or FAX (507-334-0126).
Reviewing/Registration
The ISPE Scientific Program Committee will review all abstracts in late-April 2007.
Notification should be received in mid-May 2007. All presenters must register to
attend the conference; presenters not registering by the Early Bird deadline will
not be included in the final program.

ISPE offers organizations, institutions, and academic programs opportunities
to support the conference while sharing their products and services with conference

Student Awards
ISPE will grant several student awards to recognize and encourage excellence of
students in pharmacoepidemiology. The Scientific Program Committee oversees
the selection and presentation of awards, which will be presented at the 2007
annual meeting.
Scholarships
ISPE will award a limited number of scholarships to help defray expenses to attend
the conference. A scholarship application will be posted on the ISPE website in
December 2006. Deadline for receipt of application is March 19, 2007.
