premium collection mechanism nnd ma<strong>in</strong>Um an updated membership ;\nd contribution database.<br />

With the cont<strong>in</strong>uous technological advancement, it was deemed necessary to utilize ilu- same to<br />

improve our systems <strong>and</strong> bus<strong>in</strong>ess processes, which will redound to ease nnd nmely process<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong><br />

employer reports. Relative thereto, PhilHe.ii 1th Circular No. 30, s-2010 dated 20 September 2010<br />

(Re: Onl<strong>in</strong>e <strong>Submission</strong> <strong>of</strong> Employer's Remittance Report) was adopted detail<strong>in</strong>g the basic<br />

requirements needed to employ the Eh'ti'route Pi ownw Repott<strong>in</strong>g System (llPKS'j, a web-based<br />

application tor use ot employers <strong>in</strong> [he preparation <strong>and</strong> submission ol monthlj remittance teports.<br />

Aneni the aforementioned, effective immediately, all employer^ are required to use <strong>and</strong>/or adopt<br />

the FJectronic Premium Rauithwce S\sh; ,'EPR)\ as the mode <strong>of</strong> prcpanilion <strong>and</strong><br />

submission/li ansmission <strong>of</strong> the Employer Remittance keporl ('l\_F-ij. As such, all other report<strong>in</strong>g<br />

schemes (such as ihc I'liilHenhh Premium Remittance S\ ste<strong>in</strong>. Excel lormni <strong>of</strong> <strong>RF</strong>-i And s<strong>of</strong>lcop\<br />

PiaiihtHi Ri'witLmcc Schv/M-PosUh-c/Ncgifire iPI'RS-PN). Thus, before the end <strong>of</strong> the vear, all RP-1<br />

reports should be processed us<strong>in</strong>g the EPKS.<br />

However, employers with tvn (10) employees or less may submit their remit<strong>in</strong>nce reports cjiuilerlv <strong>in</strong><br />

hardcopy format The monthly reports are due on the 15'1' alter the applicable month while<br />

quarterly reports are due on or before the 15'h day after the applicable quarter. Please refer to<br />

All employers are hereby enjo<strong>in</strong>ed to coord<strong>in</strong>ate with die nearest PhilHenllh otfice regard<strong>in</strong>g the<br />

orientation, tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g <strong>and</strong> subsequent registration to the J^PRS.<br />

Other issuances <strong>in</strong>consistent with the- abovementioncd provisions are hereby <strong>and</strong>/or modified.<br />

Thus, this Circular shall take effect j'ljh'Hi {15} dnys upon publication <strong>in</strong> a newspaper <strong>of</strong> general<br />

circulation.<br />

Remittance Reports<br />

All employers shall now be required to submit their monthly remittance<br />

report (<strong>RF</strong>-1) <strong>in</strong> s<strong>of</strong>t copy format to ensure prompt post<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> employees'<br />

premium contributions <strong>in</strong> the PhilHealth database.<br />

However, employers with ten (10) employees or less may submit their<br />

<strong>RF</strong>-1 quarterly <strong>in</strong> hard copy format.<br />

The monthly reports are due on the 15th after the applicable month while<br />

quarterly reports are due on or before the 15lh day after the applicable<br />

quarter.<br />
