Preferred positions incur a loading

• A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%
applies to all rates.

Either of the following options are
acceptable formats but PDF is the preferred
method for receiving artwork.
PDF
If you are using your own distiller settings,
please ensure that the following options are
adhered to:
• PDFs must be supplied in high resolution.
Choose ‘Press Optimised’ option in
distiller or select ‘maximum’ quality in
compression option.
• Select 300 dpi as your target resolution
for colour and greyscale images.Select
2400 dpi for monochrome images
• Files to be output in CMYK, with 3mm
bleed and crop marks
• RGB images and any Pantone colours
must be converted into CMYK
• All fonts must be embedded into document
• If supplying ads with bleed, ensure
crop marks are included on pdf with
3mm bleed on all sides.
JPEG
For ads with bleed
High resolution JPEG files are acceptable.
Please ensure:
• All images are supplied at 300 dpi for
CMYK and Greyscale, and 600 dpi for
monochrome.
Bleed
To calculate bleed (if required), refer to the
Ad Size Guide on page 1.
Microsoft Word
A conversion fee will apply to any ads that
are supplied in Microsoft Word. Costs are
subject to sighting of Microsoft Word file.
Design Service
If you are unable to provide your ad in the
correct specifications but would like a
professionally designed ad, we offer a design
service to format your ad for you. Costs are
subject to sighting of material and text.

WHEN Supplying artwork
If smaller than 5Mb in size can be emailed
to advertising@physiotherapy.asn.au
• The publisher refuses to accept
responsibility for poor reproduction of
ads that:
– contain images or graphics with poor
resolution
– contain images that have not been
converted to CMYK
– have incorrect trapping settings
– contain clipping paths which do not
reproduce faithfully
• Unless a colour proof is provided with the
ad, no responsibility can be taken for
incorrect reproduction.
