noise. Neighbor wanted the landlord to have<br />

the tenants evicted. Landlord advised neighbor<br />

to call the police if the problem continued, but<br />

the neighbor refused and said it was the landlord’s<br />

<strong>Carmel</strong> Valley: Female called to report<br />

that she was spat on the face by an angry<br />

tenant at the Rippling River housing project.<br />

Pacific Grove: Officer was informed of<br />

dogs being bred at a Hillside Avenue residence<br />

without a permit. While walking up to the door,<br />

officer saw four puppies in a play pen on the<br />

front porch. <strong>The</strong>re were three adult dogs: Two<br />

female and one female, all unaltered.<br />

Contacted the owner and informed her of the<br />

municipal code violation.<br />

Pebble Beach: Man reported his locked<br />

vehicle was broken into on Aug. 17 between<br />

1545 hours and 1615 hours, and $5,700 in camera<br />

equipment was stolen.<br />

<strong>Carmel</strong> Valley: Terrace Way resident told<br />

deputies his wife picked up his son when it was<br />

his week to have their kids.<br />

Pebble Beach: Resident reported vandalism<br />

to the property that occurred between July 1<br />
