EDIZIONE
You are invited to 4° edition of the Women Aikido Week which will take place in Ranzo,
Ligury, from 27th June to 2nd July 2011. The week of Aikido practise among women is
proposed and directed by Mimma Turco 6° Dan Aikikai Italy and Donatella Lagorio 5°
Dan Aikikai Italy. The purpose is as always to create an opportunity of an international
get-together where level of training and various Aikido associations have never been seen
as a limit, but on the opposite as authentic resources for all of us. The theme of the week
will be this year “the PRESENT”. Without word games and through the real meaning of
the word which can be understood as “the present time”, as our own presence with the
others and with ourself or as… a present! Let us get impressed by the very beautiful and
ancient Venus that you can see on the flyer and who arrived to us (who is ourself) with all
her “untouched” strenght of giving and receiving. Here are some indications about how to
enjoy this holiday in the beginning of the summer season with us in Ligury in beautiful
house/dojo in Ranzo.
WEEK PROGRAM:
Start: Monday 27 th June.
End: Sunday 2 nd July
The expected arrival time on Sunday, 26 th June, in the afternoon (from 17);
The expected departure on Saturday 2 nd or Sunday 3 rd
� Every day (except for Thursday): KI NO RENMA (7.30 – 8.30);
� Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: training 9.30 - 11.30 17.00 - 19.00;
� Wednesday evening: “Suggestions” ;
� Thursday: training 8.00 – 10.30; afternoon free ;
� Friday: OVERTONE SINGING starting at 18.30 …… and afterwards PARTY ;
� Saturday: training only in the morning .
It`s provided to use weapons: Jo, Ken, Bokken.
PLACE: “Centro di Ricerca Terapeutica” and for the practice: Dojo “RONIN” Borgata Villa, 6 –
RANZO (Imperia) – Italy
FEE: 400.00 Euro including accomodation and food. For those who sleep in the tent: 360.00 Euro
(pls. specify when you sign up if you’ll bring your own tent).
COOKERY: The cook Patrizia has communicated to us that for her it feels like an honour, been
allowed to support us also in this edition! So we`ll have a delicious vegetarian cookery respecting
the territory, the seasons, our nessessaries and…..curiousness.

minimum is 15. The beginners are welcome (maximum 3).
To sign up it is necessary to make a bank transfer of 150 Euro to the Bank Account nr IT 45 O

come causale “ ISCRIZIONE WAW 2011” until the 15 th May with the subject “ISCRIZIONE
WAW2007”. In case of cancellation until the 15 th June you will get back 50 euro. After this date
there is no restitutiton possible.
