1.7.2.4. Maximum driveway width (two-way): The maximum width <strong>of</strong> a driveway<br />
will be based upon site conditions or vehicle characteristics that warrant a<br />
wider access (e.g., dedicated turn lanes at exits) and will require approval <strong>of</strong><br />
the reviewing authority. Maximum widths shall not exceed the following,<br />
although confirmation <strong>of</strong> exact capacity requirements will be necessary:<br />
• Commercial -24 feet<br />
• Industrial – 30 feet<br />

1.7.2.5. Curbing <strong>of</strong> driveways: Where driveways enter on an existing street, the<br />
full radius <strong>of</strong> the driveway shall be designed and constructed <strong>of</strong> granite curb.<br />
The radius size shall be based upon information in the following tables. The<br />
radii listed below are recommended standards. A vehicle template analysis<br />
may be submitted for review as an alternative to the use <strong>of</strong> the following<br />
table:<br />
