Two-and-one-half-year-old Connor Hart<br />
of Golden, CO is presented a Pendleton blanket<br />
for being the youngest enrolled tribal<br />
member present. His mother is Heidi Hart,<br />
and his grandmother is Rita Groess. They are<br />
descendants of the Dike family.<br />
Jim Smalley and his wife look on as Chairman Barrett<br />
checks out a tribal ID card. Jim is from Pueblo, CO.<br />
Laura Green is in the foreground with several families,<br />
including Joe and Tommy Holeman, the Travis Boone<br />
family, Nancy Peterson, and Mickki Langston.<br />
