Two-and-one-half-year-old Connor Hart
of Golden, CO is presented a Pendleton blanket
for being the youngest enrolled tribal
member present. His mother is Heidi Hart,
and his grandmother is Rita Groess. They are
descendants of the Dike family.
Jim Smalley and his wife look on as Chairman Barrett
checks out a tribal ID card. Jim is from Pueblo, CO.
