Perfection White Single can be used for<br />
single-patient whitening or as part of a<br />
combination chairside/take-home whitening<br />
treatment. This kit should be used only with<br />
a rubber dam (not included). A Gingival<br />
Protectant Gel is included for use with<br />
rubber dam. Light activation is not required.<br />
Only one hour of chairtime needed<br />
per treatment.<br />
Components:<br />
• (2) 4cc ampules of 35% hydrogen peroxide<br />
• (1) 2cc ampule of gingival protectant gel<br />
• (1) Activator Powder cup (mix with<br />
peroxide prior to application to form gel)<br />
• (1) mixing spatula, (2) applicator brushes<br />
• Proprietary powder formula potentiates<br />
the chemical whitening action of the<br />
hydrogen peroxide<br />
Perfection White is a unit-dosed chairside<br />
whitening system sufficient to treat 8 arches.<br />
