UP TO 40 % OF PERFORMANCE RESOURCES ARE NOT USED IN OFFICES. 1 DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
The notepad is in place, the glasses
are waiting to be filled – the
meeting can begin. The creative
processes that take place now
have a lot to do with the working
environment in the office. And
with “feel-good factors” that make
people happier and therefore more
efficient. Because, for most of the
day, employees are in an artificial
environment – one determined by
their employer. “During the day
you work – you can relax at home”:
this motto, which prevailed for a
number of decades, no longer holds
true. If leisure time and the world
of work are merging, companies
must respond to this change. This
includes choosing the right office
furniture that turns daily work into
a fun activity.
