inspect the goods prior to placing any Proxy or Telephone bids. Absentee and telephone bids are subject to
both our full Terms and Conditions, which are available on our website and from the Auctioneers office, and
those printed in the auction catalogue along with any other special conditions advised by the Auctioneers.
Biding on the telephone is dependent on the availability of land lines and/or the signal strength of mobile
networks and the availability of personnel to handle the volume of calls requested.
