SCHEDULE OF VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES FOR THE
CANDIDATES PROVISIONALLY SHORTLISTED FOR INTERVIEW.

The list of Candidates provisionally shortlisted for Interview for
Para Medical posts i.e.Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Nursing Orderly
(MNO/FNO) and Ward Boy/Ward Girl was notified on
www.apsrtc.gov.in on 07.06.2013 duly informing that the dates for
verification of Original Certificates will be intimated later.
It is now decided to conduct the Original Certificates verification as
per the following details.
1). Date of Original - : 06.07.2013.
Certificates verification.
2). Time of reporting : 9.30 A.M
3). Venue : Recruitment Section,
APSRTC,
VC&MDs Office,
Bus Bhavan - Musheerabad,
Hyderabad.
The Certificates that are to be brought for verification was also
notified earlier. However, the Certificates/records to be brought are
reiterated hereunder for the benefit of the candidates.

Basic qualification certificate i.e., the certificate by virtue of which
they are eligible for the post.
Basic Qualification Marks list i.e Consolidated Marks Memo as
well as year wise marks memos.
Additional qualification acquired if any.
v. Caste/Community Certificate issued by the Competent Authority
only. Integrated Caste /Community Certificate to be produced. In
case of others the certificate should not have been obtained later
than 6 months.
vi Sports certificates if any National, State or University level.

viii. School Study Certificate (4 th to 10 th std) in Format – A.
FORMAT – A IS COMPULSORY and should be
complete in all respects.
In case of candidates not studied in a School from 4 th class to 10 th
class may produce Residence Certificate in Format –B for that
period.

Ex-servicemen Discharge Certificate in case of Ex-servicemen
applied and claiming age relaxations.
PHC certificate in respect of Physically handicapped candidates.
Directing letter for APSRTC departmental employees if any from
the Unit Officer along with the information on Date of
Appointment and Date of Regularization.
Identity Proof (Format-C)
Copy of Hall Ticket.
Any other certificate relevant to the selection.
B) One set of Xerox copies of all the above certificates attested by the
Gazetted Officer with seal shall be brought.
C) They shall also bring Two Passport size Photographs.
D) They shall come prepared to stay for two days at Hyderabad.
All the candidates are here by advised to note the above details,
follow them scrupulously and attend for Original Certificates
verification on the said date, time and Venue.
