LICENSES THAT REQUIRE TDI EXAMS

Note Issuance of a license depends on review and approval of all license
application materials. Passing an exam does not guarantee that you will be issued
a license. You take exams and submit license applications at your own risk. If you
take an exam unnecessarily or are found unqualified, neither the Prometric exam
fee nor the TDI application fee will be refunded.
Be at least 18 years of age.
