Work to Upgrade Painting Facilities<br />
Converted the department to support the use of oil-based materials in the Fall of 2009<br />
This involved meeting with the Environmental Health and Safety department to evaluate the<br />
facilities and ventilation system; upgrading studios to include flammable-materials cabinets,<br />
disposal drums for solvents, and hazardous waste bins; and in the fall of 2010, getting the HVAC<br />
system serviced to optimize ventilation.<br />
