principles at The Avondale will substantially
reduce energy wastage and result in lower
living costs for residents.
Glenside Group is totally committed to environmentally
sustainable design and inclusions that reduce the
consumption of energy and water, helping protect the
environment and reduce waste. The very tangible benefit
to owners at The Avondale will be lower operating costs,
but at absolutely no compromise to the design or quality
of the fittings and finishes.
The developer has invested in a number of energy and
resource saving initiatives. Some of these are innovative
and entirely new to apartment living. Many of the

water and gas heating with bayonets in living areas. Solar
panels will installed by the developer for common area
lighting and power. The Avondale will also be prewired
for solar panels meaning that residents will be able to
install solar panels, at a future date, if they so choose.
