principles at <strong>The</strong> Avondale will substantially<br />

reduce energy wastage and result in lower<br />

living costs for residents.<br />

Glenside Group is totally committed to environmentally<br />

sustainable design and inclusions that reduce the<br />

consumption of energy and water, helping protect the<br />

environment and reduce waste. <strong>The</strong> very tangible benefit<br />

to owners at <strong>The</strong> Avondale will be lower operating costs,<br />

but at absolutely no compromise to the design or quality<br />

of the fittings and finishes.<br />

<strong>The</strong> developer has invested in a number of energy and<br />

resource saving initiatives. Some of these are innovative<br />

for solar panels meaning that residents will be able to<br />

install solar panels, at a future date, if they so choose.<br />
