II. NON-CERTIFICATED PERSONNEL<br />
RECOMMENDATION: Consider a motion to approve Non-Certificated Personnel<br />
recommendations as follows:<br />
1. Approve the following resignation:<br />
Name: Colleen Swindell<br />
Position: Bus Driver<br />
Effective: August 24, 20<strong>12</strong><br />
2. Approve the following day-to-day non teaching substitutes for the 20<strong>12</strong>-13 school year<br />
pending receipt of all compliance documents. Employees will not begin work within or for<br />
the <strong>District</strong> until documents are on file, except in special circumstances approved by the<br />
Superintendent:<br />
1. Striebich, Carol – Bus Aide<br />
2. Swindell, Colleen – Bus Driver<br />
MOTION:<br />
Mrs. Cuervo moved approval of the Non-Certified personnel recommendations 1-2,<br />
seconded by Mr. Dunleavy<br />
III. EXTRA-DUTY PERSONNEL/PROGRAMS<br />
MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY<br />

RECOMMENDATION: Consider a motion to approve Extra-Duty Personnel/Program<br />
recommendations as follows:<br />
1. Approve the following extra-duty Activities personnel for the 20<strong>12</strong>-13 school year.<br />
Employees and volunteers will not begin work within or for the <strong>District</strong> until documents<br />
are on file, except in special circumstances approved by the Superintendent (attachment).<br />
