2.1 Summary of discussion
DM stated the meeting, explained & discussed thought the Steering Group Slides (Refer: Appendix) to all
attendees in the meeting.
DM raised the “DECISION ITEM” for the Steering Group Announcement to PB. PB agreed to update on the
structural drawings by 10-Mar-2014 (i.e. Monday). DM re-iterated the importance of the drawings for the
progress to move ahead, also mentioned the impact of project downtime and or project schedule timelines
in absence of drawings.
PB agreed to the need of drawings and will send the updates as-soon-as-possible. PB confirmed that AP2
team willing to stretch extra working hours to finish the project within the agreed planned time. Project
schedule and end dates will remain intact (1).
DM went over the Project progress, risks & issues so far and on-going activities.
PB raised 2 items as below:
i) Indonesia elections will be held around April-2014, exact dates are unclear as of now, project plan
needs to be readjusted to accommodate the election holidays.
ii) Additional new Steering Group Members will get engaged from AP2 side along with Pak Bima
himself; however Pak Bima will take a back seat moving forward in the project.
