whenever you want.
The system enables you to identify risks,
recommendations and trends throughout your
operation, so that you can prioritise the areas for
action. Users with single or multiple sites access all
of the information that they need from a single web
page, and can automatically schedule and generate
any reports that they require.
The flexible system can deliver the level of
information that you require: interactive site plans
and audit checklists are available for audited
customers, while high level information is provided
for customers with many sites.

How does it work?
During the initial installation of PestNetOnline,
barcodes are set up on your site, and their details
entered into a handheld computer. All details of pest
activity and pest prevention recommendations are
entered against the bar code locations during each
service visit.
When this is completed, all data is sent from the
handheld computer to a secure server at Rentokil Pest
Control. The method of transmission ensures that the
data is transferred within minutes of the treatment
being completed.
At the end of every treatment, when the data has
been successfully sent, an email is automatically
generated and sent to you. This informs you that a
treatment has been carried out, and includes a brief
summary of pest activity and recommendations
made. Before our Service Technician or Field Biologist
leaves your site, the data is available to view on
our secure website. We will then discuss our full
inspection findings with you in the normal way.
You will be assigned a unique username and
password in order to gain access to our secure
website and view your pest control records. You can
be safe in the knowledge that due to this method of
accessing the website, only individuals authorised by
you can view your information.
