CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
EBAA Board of Directors
This year the Nominating Committee will review candidates for the following positions:
Chair-Elect (2 year term)
Secretary (2 year term)
Treasurer (2 year term)
Representative Based on Size of Bank - Large Bank (2 year term)*
Representative Based on Size of Bank - Medium Bank (2 year term)*
NOMINATIONS ARE DUE BY MARCH 29, 2012
EBAA Chair, Marian Macsai, has appointed an Ad Hoc Nominating Committee to review
nominees’ qualifications and experiences and to select a slate. The slate of candidates for the
positions will be presented to members 30 days prior to the House of Delegates meeting on
Friday, June 22 nd .
EBAA members are encouraged to forward candidates’ names along with relevant information
to the committee chair.
This year’s Nominating Committee members are:
