c) A ·staff report recommends each partnership agreement and is presented to an
"In Camera" meeting of the Finance and Administration Committee.
d) The agencies are advised of the Finance and Administration Committee
recommendation.

If the agencies agree with the recommendation of .the Finance and Administration
Committee, it will be forwarded to a regular meeting of Council for consider~tion .
If the agencies do not agree with the recommendation of the Finance and
Administration Committee, they will be given an oppor1unity to present their
position 10 an "In Camera- meeting of the Finance and Administration
Committee, and the subsequent Committee recommendation will go to a regular
meeting of Council for final consideration.
Council adopts a resolution setting the finat terms of the partnership, and funds
'are dispersed accordingly:
