Welcome to the 2010 Educational Colours Catalogue. We encourage you to look carefully as it has 

over 100 new products once again! 

This last year has been a challenging time for all businesses and Educational Colours was no exception. 

However our continuous focus on product development has stood us well. We were pleased with the 

overall reception on new products, packaging developments and catalogue revisions. 

Our objectives remain consistent, to inspire and encourage creativity and learning in tomorrow’s 

generation both in the classroom and at home. 

Educational Colours has both moral and commercial aspirations to continue to play its part in improving 

the world we live in. 

It is appropriate for you the customer to know where we stand to date. 

The company is a signatory to the International Council of Toy Industries – Care Process. 

This represents what is currently the most advanced effort by an industry to develop a transparent, 

independent system that will assure its customers and consumers that its products are manufactured 

in safe and healthy work environments. that is not ‘sweat shop’ conditions. 

The Company continues its carbon neutral endeavours through the NGO Greenfleet 

(www.greenfleet.com.au) whereby all carbon generated by:

Power used both in our factory and offices 

Air travel taken by staff both domestically and internationally is offset under the guiding management 

and independent calculations of Greenfleet. 

Other areas we have already addressed: 

All Company shipping packaging is from 100% recycled board. 

Australian manufactured products are packed in 95% recycled board. 

Paint bottles are PET recyclable. Better for the environment and look great! 

Raw materials and finished goods from suppliers packaging, that is not re-used, is recycled. 

In summary, many of the above measures will be mandatory in the future. The Company’s 

business practices are under constant review in an effort to be an environmentally and 

socially responsible corporate citizen. It continues to be our aim to lead rather than follow. 

Terms 

Delivery FIS Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth. FIS other areas will be subject to ‘Freight Recovery Fee’ of $25 per order. 

Trading A minimum order of $300 ($500 WA) nett of GST will apply, to avoid our ‘Small Order Handling Fee’ of $20. 

Payment All accounts are strictly nett and payable within 30 days. Accounts outstanding past that period may result in ‘Stop Supply’. 

Damages Claims for goods lost or damaged in transit must be lodged in writing and/or telephone within seven (7) days of receipt of goods. 

Goods are not returnable for credit unless by prior arrangement. 

Prices All prices are subject to change without notice and are shown ex GST. 

GST GST will be charged at current rates where applicable and will be shown on the Tax Invoice issued. 

Retention of Title Title on any product sold by Educational Colours Pty Ltd shall not pass to the purchaser until such goods have been paid in full; 

and that payment is received. Title and right to repossess the goods shall rest with Educational Colours Pty Ltd. 

Overdue Debts Note: Should any applicant/account holder fail to pay any outstanding balances, all costs incurred from the collection of any
