of the earth. Core Kitchen & Wine Bar features six dining venues, a menu focused on regional sustainable cuisine
and local growers. The citrus grove directly adjoining Core Kitchen & Wine Bar offers the freshest of Arizona
oranges, Minneola tangelos and red grapefruit.
Core Kitchen & Wine Bar is available for private dining events and we have a dedicated team to ensure that you

DINNER PARTY VENUES
Available from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. nightly
Wine Bar
Located across from the ten-seat Chef’s kitchen counter and in front of our glass encased wine room, this intimate
bar features over 2,800 bottles from around the world including selections from Arizona wineries as well as
signature cocktails and wines by the glass.
Wine Terrace
Located across from the Wine Bar, this partially-enclosed terrace features restaurant views and opens onto our
42-tree citrus grove and bocce ball court. Ideal for cocktails with lounge-style seating or private dinners for
up to 44 guests.
Main Dining Room
This spacious and elegant dining area has breathtaking views of the resort and the surrounding Tortolita Mountains.
With seating for up to 120, the Main Dining Room is available for smaller semi-private parties.
Private Dining Room
Located in the Main Dining Room and fully enclosed by glass, The Private Dining Room is the perfect setting for a
luxurious experience. Customized menu and wine options are available. Maximum capacity 14-16 guests.
Private Dining Room Terrace
Adjacent from the Private Dining Room, the terrace offers lounge seating, an intimate fireplace and is surrounded by
majestic Saguaro Cacti. Perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail reception and passed hors d’oeuvres.
Outdoor Patio
With seating for up to 50 guests, our outdoor patio opens up into the heart of the Tortolita Mountains and
surrounding desert. With more than 350 days of sunshine, the patio is the optimal setting for the perfect outdoor
dining experience.

evening, our Ladies and Gentlemen will help guide you through the art of creative cooking. Let the journey begin.
COOKING CLASSES
Join the culinary team at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain for a memorable cooking class. The experience begins
with a personalized tour of CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar, then working alongside our highly-skilled chefs, you will
create a three-course menu using only the freshest ingredients. After the cooking class, you’ll feast on your creations
in CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar.
WINE EXPERIENCE
Join every Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the CORE Wine Bar for our Wine Experience. Taste three
wines based on a new theme every week. Reservations are not required and seating is available on a first-come,
first-served basis. $20 per person includes cheese and charcuterie pairings and one-on-one time with our resort
Sommelier Mike West. The featured wines from each experience will be available for purchase at 15% off the same
evening. Guests who dine at CORE Kitchen & Wine Bar will receive a 10% off their meal the same evening.

Guest count confirmation of event 72 hours in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is required 72 hours in advance.
PARKING
Our resort features valet parking, which you may host for your guests.
The fee for day-use parking is $5 and overnight parking is $20 per car, per night.
SERVICE STANDARDS
Service charge: 20% on food, beverage, and audio visual equipment, audio visual.
Sales tax: 9.1% on food, beverage, service charge, audio visual and flowers.
All prices listed are in US dollars and are subject to change.
DIRECTIONS
From Points North
Take I-10 east to Tangerine road (exit 240).
Head east approximately 5 miles to Dove Mountain boulevard.
Turn north onto Dove Mountain boulevard and go approximately 5 miles to the roundabout in the road.
Turn right (east) at the large Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain sign onto the property to the gatehouse.
The ladies and gentlemen there will direct you further to your final destination.
From Points South
From downtown Tucson, take the I-10 wast, then take the Twin Peaks interchange (exit 244).
Turn right (east) and go approximately 3.3 miles to the intersection of
Tangerine road and Dove Mountain boulevard.
Continue straight ahead onto Dove Mountain boulevard and go approximately
5 miles north to the roundabout in the road.
Turn right (east) at the large Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain sign onto the property to the gatehouse.
The ladies and gentlemen there will direct you further to your final destination.
