Application and Award Process • Incentives are awarded on a first-come first-serve basis. • Homebuilders are encouraged to submit applications for projects as early as possible • Approved applicants will be notified by mail of their reserved financial incentive award amounts • Homes must be completed within 30 months of commitment to Program • We reserve the right to reallocate incentives (up or down) based on individual homebuilder performance 15
