ARTICLE 6. INDEMINIFICATION:
Consistent with California Civil Code section 2782, the
Testing Company agrees to indemnify, hold harmless,
defend and protect the District, its employees and agents
from any and all claims and expenses (including all
reasonable attorney fees) to the extent caused by the
Testing Company’s negligent or reckless performance of
this agreement.
