How we can help
The project provides support and
accommodation to help move clients
towards independent living. Residents are
supported through this process by a
dedicated staff team and engage in the
preparation and review of person centred
support plans which reflect their own
goals and aspiration for the future.
Residents also have further Specialist
support from a Pre Tenancy Team who
will support you through your housing
options and assist you to find longer term
accommodation suitable for your needs.

garden area.

courses
— One-to-one support and tailored
support plans

Who we can help
We accept agency referrals only from Riverside
ECHG, Street Outreach Team, Housing Advice,
Probation or local authority.
Criteria for applications:
— Single people homeless with
support needs.
— 18-65 year old
— Dog spaces
— Local connection only
— No automatic exclusions all
applications individually assessed
