Seborrhoeic Dermatitis<br />
• Often subtle / non-specific / difficult<br />
• Infundibular and perifollicular spongiosis<br />
• Mounds of parakeratosis at the lips of follicular<br />
ostia with neutrophils<br />
• Fungal Yeasts / Spores common (no hyphae)<br />
• Dermal oedema, vascular dilation<br />
• Mixed superficial perivascular infiltrate<br />
lymphocytes, histiocytes +/- few eosinophils
