This letter will serve to confirm our conversation regarding the fact that <strong>Roppe</strong> products do not require a<br />
rating from OSHA (Occupational Safety & Hazard Administration), nor do they require a Material Data<br />
Safety Sheet (MSDS).<br />
<strong>Roppe</strong> products do not come under the jurisdiction of OSHA in any way. Nor do they need a Material<br />
Data Safety Sheet. Material Safety Data Sheets are required to be filled out on materials which, when<br />
used without special precautions and controls, will constitute a health hazard to workers (see enclosed<br />
definitions). None of the products we manufacture constitute a hazardous condition.<br />
