This worksheet will prepare you to gather the appropriate information you will need to fill out the on-line
application for Financial Aid and Scholarship. Please read carefully and have all your information with
you when you enter your data on-line . The worksheet is also laid out in the general format of how you
will view the on-line form.
When you go to the link (http://rtsdata.org/go/?financial), you will find the Instructions and Policies.
Please read the Instructions page and "sign" your name. There is a verification code when you
mouse over the word "view". Type the number in the verification box. You will be asked to do this
at the bottom of each part of the application form.
