REGISTRATION on Race Day from 6h00 • VENUE: UWC Sport Stadium
ENTRY FEE 10km:
R35 licenced athlete (Seniors)
R55 unlicenced athlete (Seniors)
R20 licenced athlete (Juniors)
R30 unlicenced athlete (Juniors)
Registered Runners/Walkers must wear club colours and 2013 Licence numbers on back & front of the vest.
• Time Limit: 100 Minutes
• Prize Giving @ 09:15
• Tog bag facilities available , at own risk – (UWC RED ROOM – SPORTS STADIUM)
• Results to be posted to clubs
In Addition to Overall (Open) prizes, participants will only be eligible for team an age category prizes in the individual & team age categories .
Corresponding numerical age category tags must be worn on the front and back of their vest. Participants may enter the age category
corresponding to their chronological age or any younger category down to senior.
Temporary licensed participants are eligible for age category prizes provided they enter the relevant age group, wear the appropriate age tags
and provide proof of age.
Juniors (born 1994 or later) must display category tags”J” front & back of vest to qualify for age group prizes. Juniors do count towards Open
team prizes. Participants must be 15 years or older on the day of the race. Club Colours must be worn to qualify for team prizes.
Entry cards must be in the athletes possession during the race. No personal seconding will be permitted, except at official refreshment
stations. Runners to obey marshals at all times.

No Race numbers will be issued. For safety reasons the use of personal music players during road races is strongly
discouraged. Any person using such device in contravention of IAAF Rule 144.2b who fails to obey a reasonable
instruction from a race official may be disqualified and shall not be eligible for individual or team prizes.
