RV Life Magazine is printed on 60# Hi-Gloss paper on the outside 8 pages, and 40# Electracote for all other
pages. It is stapled and trimmed and measures 10.5” x 14.5”
Internet
If you wish to email files, send them to graphics@rvlife.com with a copy to your advertising representative.
Sending files
Email up to 20mb’s to: graphics@rvlife.com
For larger files we recommend the free service of www.yousendit.com
File Formats
We accept ads in the following formats. However, we require a signed proof of any adjustments we make
before printing.
• Quark XPress 6.5
• Adobe Photoshop CS4 - Tiff or PSD
• Adobe Illustrator 10
• EPS - Convert all fonts to paths
• PDF - Must have embedded fonts and all graphics need to be CMYK or Grayscale if ad is black and white
Additional Files
Include all support files required for your ad: digital photos, embedded EPS graphics, TIFFs, etc. and all
fonts.
Colors
All 4 color images should be in CMYK. Any spot colors must be defined as spot colors in the creating program.
We use the following Pantone spot colors: Red 185 (CMYK: 0/100/100/0); Reflex Blue (CMYK:
100/63/0/2); Orange Pantone 151 (CMYK: 0/48/95/0); and Green Pantone 360 (CMYK: 58/0/80/0). Check
with your advertising representative for availability of a specific color. Standard AAA colors. No allowance
for errors in key numbers.

Flash Banner Ads
For Flash banner ads, you need to build a link into the ad. In addition, you'll need to send a static banner, or
animated gif to run as "backup" for web browsers that don't accept Flash files.
E-newsletter Sponsorship
468 x 60 Pixel Banner Ad imbedded into our E-newsletter in two spots.
The E-newsletter is sent out on the 1st, 10th and 20th of every month.
$180 per month for sponsorship of 3 E-newsletters.
Format: Gif or Jpg. Static Banners only, no animated (gif or flash) banner ads.
