Instructions for Participants
Participation Charges : Adult - Rs.1000/- / Children 5-12 years - Rs.500/-
(Children under 5 years not allowed)
This includes tea and meal at the Hotel Hyatt Regency
All participants are required to carry Government PHOTO IDENTIFICATION (PAN
CARD/VOTER CARD/PASSPORT/DRIVING LICENCE) for security purpose.
DISCIPLINES TO BE OBSERVED
In order to maintain serene atmosphere in the Workshop, the participants are requested to co-operate
with the rules of the Spiritual Workshop, which are as under:
1. Participants are requested not to use mobile phones during the entire duration of the
workshop.
2. Every participant is required to attend all the programmes punctually.
3. Brothers and sisters are required to remain in their respective sections. Food
arrangements for brothers and sisters have been made separately.
4. Participants are required to wear simple (and well covered) clothes preferably
white/pastel. You are requested to note that a person is not completely dressed until his/her
face wears a SMILE.
Compulsory Dress Code; Girls & Ladies are required to wear traditional Indian dresses like
Salwar Kurta, Sari, Kurtis, Pants, no other outfits will be allowed. Boys and Men are not
allowed to wear shorts.
5. You are requested to fully adjust and co-operate with volunteers.
6. All participants are requested to wear their name badges.
7. Participants cannot leave the premises without the permission of their in-charge. In
case of any difficulty, participants are requested to contact the volunteer in-charge.
