Universal Detergent Mucasol ®
Liquid, alkaline high-performance concentrate for
immersion and ultrasonic baths. The universal cleaning
agent for labware, which is made of glass,
porcelain, plastics, rubber and metal instruments.
Mucasol ® is bacteriostatic and is suitable for radioactive
decontamination. Solid articles are cleaned
within 10 to 30 min, without mechanical help.
Concentration for use:
Ultrasonic bath: 0.2 to 2 % (1.4 to 14 ml / l)
Immersion bath: 0.2 to 2 % (1.4 to 14 ml / l)
Mucasol ® replaces chromosulphuric acid, is free
from chlorine and caustic alkalis, is non-toxic, nonaggressive,
gentle to the skin, phosphate reduced
and biodegradable. Prolonged exposure of zinc
and non-anodised aluminium surfaces should be
avoided. Mucasol ® is also suitable for cleaning by
wiping.

20 Syringe Dispensers ML 600
The MICROLAB 600 is a highly precise syringe pump with a graphical user interface
designed to quickly and easily dilute and dispense liquids. This positive
displacement system provides better than 99 % accuracy, independent of a
liquid’s viscosity, vapour pressure and temperature. The inert fluid path minimises
sample carry over and is compatible with harsh chemicals. Semi-automated liquid
handler, especially used with forensics, environmental analysis, mining, manufacturing
and many more.

- Bubble free prime syringes (BFP) with conical plunger tip; decreases the number
of required priming cycles.
- Trigger the hand probe or tap the foot switch to actuate the precision syringe
drives acc. to the predefined programme.

Ideal for dedicated dispensing applications requiring a single syringe drive.
Improves accuracy, throughput and consistency when compared to traditional
laboratory equipment like serological and repeating pipettes.
Dual syringe dispenser:
Has 2 syringe drives for applications such as animal dosing that require the use of
more than one liquid at the same time. In this application the ‚no drug control‘ is
primed into one syringe while the ‚test drug‘ is primed into the other syringe. The
two liquids can be dosed from the same instrument saving setup and dosing time.
Continuous dispenser:
Designed for time critical applications requiring repetitive dispensing. One syringe
fills while the other syringe dispenses so the instrument is always ready. Perfect
for integration into semi-automated or fully automated manufacturing lines.
Items supplied:
Incl. basic resp. advanced controller, Concorde hand probe, universal valve, fill- /
dispense tubing, accessory holder, country specific power cord and the choice

All with one hand: select the delivery mode (gravitydelivery
/ blow-out) and adjust the motor speed range
with the thumb; use variable button pressure for finest
control of filling and delivery speed. The ergonomic
handgrip weights only 190 g, perfectly balanced

Pipette Leak Testing Unit
Very high process reliability with functional validation
of air-displacement pipettes: the most frequent cause
of inaccuracy in piston-operated pipettes is leakage.
This arises from damage either to the seals, pistons
or tip cones. Often not detectable by the naked eye,
leaks lead to significant volume errors. The BRAND
pipette leak tester (PLT unit) for air displacement
pipettes finds even the smallest leaks within seconds

The powerful and flexible FoodALYT Photometers cover all fields of application
in UV / VIS photometry at wavelengths from 190 to 1100 nm and are therefore

Shaking Water Baths 1083 / 1086 / 1092
For incubations, fermentations, homogenisations, chemical
and biochemical reactions, enzyme and tissue
studies.
For precise heating-up processes and, simultaneously,
gentle mixing or vigorous shaking.
- Microprocessor-controlled temperature regulation ensures
fast heating up to the set temperature and an
excellent temperature constancy: ± 0.1 °C, temporal.
- Optimum temperature distribution throughout the
whole bath interior.
- Temperature display and setting digitally via LED display,
in 0.1 °C increments. Fast and exact setting,
exact reproducibility of the preset temperature.
- Electronic monitoring of the temperature controller. In
case of a fault, the cause is displayed on the LED.
- Over-temperature cut-out: electronic, 4 °C above set
temperature and electro-mechanical > 130 °C.
- Constant shaking frequency, independent of load,
even when in continuous operation.
- Maintenance-free and durable shaking device, electron-ically
controlled and continuously settable shaking
motion, gentle start-up. In models 1083 and 1086, the
shaking device is guided on corrosionresistant special
ball bearings.

Aqualine Water Baths
Available in five different sizes. Depending on the size
and the quantity of the samples, the right bath depth or
opening for individual application can be chosen. All the
baths are made from moulded stainless steel, and do
not have a circulation pump or any fittings. In this way,
the interior is used to its full advantage, and the number
of samples per bath is maximised. The Aqualine is
orientated towards the requirements of biological,
medical and biochemical laboratories. Thus the baths
are resistant to corrosion and easy to clean and disinfect.

The heating elements attached below the bottom of the
bath vessel ensure a homogenous temperature distribution
without local overheating. Due to this special
technology, the minimum filling level for operation is 20
mm: important for large fluctuations in volume caused
by change-over of the samples. Due to the innovative
heating concept, the baths also achieve a high level of
temperature homogeneity, even of large numbers of
samples. Easy operation via digital LED display allows
