the conforming firms for an amount to be determined. Request authority for the Office of Purchasing <strong>Service</strong>s to<br />
renew the contracts annually for two additional one year periods. Additional vendors may be added to this contract<br />
after the first year as long as they agree to the original terms and conditions. If additional vendors are added to this<br />
RFP after they will be presented to the Board for approval. Contract renewal shall be contingent upon the Office of<br />
Transportation <strong>Service</strong>s request for continuation of services and annual contract review.<br />

SCOPE OF RFP<br />
RFP 12003/BP– <strong>Supplemental</strong> <strong>Charter</strong> <strong>Bus</strong> <strong>Service</strong><br />
The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with multiple vendors for <strong>Charter</strong> <strong>Bus</strong> <strong>Service</strong> as<br />
listed and described on the price sheet at the end of this solicitation. The School Board of Brevard<br />
County (hereinafter referred to as “the School District” will issue purchase orders on an as needed<br />
basis. The School District desired information from companies interested in pre-qualifying with the<br />
School District to provide extracurricular transportation services. Note that only companies who<br />
have been approved by the School District through this Request for Proposal (RFP) process will be<br />
eligible to provide transportation services to the School District through September 30, 2012.<br />
