Even if a company or organisation has assumed primary responsibility for the payment of fees and other charges, the 

ultimate responsibility for the payment remains with the parent or guardian who enrolled the child and have signed this 

Application for Re-Registration. In such a situation, the company or organisation will not succeed to the rights of the 

parent or guardian, according to the Financial Agreement and Conditions of Enrolment 2012/2013 which accompanies this 

Application for Re-registration.

Acceptance for re-registration for the academic year 2012 - 2013 is on the understanding that a deposit of € 3500.- or 

the equivalent in Lei at the daily BNR exchange rate is paid directly in to the school bank account before 17th February 

2012 and proof of payment is attached to this signed Re-registration Form and Financial Agreement and Conditions of 

Enrolment 2012-2013 and sent to school’s office. 

Until the 17th February, 2012 inclusive a place in school for the academic year 2012-2013 is guaranteed for registered 

students without deposit. 

Starting 18th February, 2012 you need to contact the School Admission Officer and confirm availability of places before 

paying the deposit. 

Please note that the deposit will be deducted from the 2012 - 2013 school fee. 

Should your circumstances change and you wish to withdraw your child, a refund will be given as follows: 

Before 1st April 2012 - 100% refund 

Before 1st May 2012 - 50% refund 

Before 1st June 2012 - 30% refund 

Beginning 1st June 2012 - no refund will be given. 

Please note that refund will be given to the student’s legal guardian or to the person indicated by the legal guardian 

irrespective of the person that had paid the fees initially. 

In case of doubt regarding the person entitled to receive the refund, the school will be entitled to retain such refund until 

a court or any other authority will clarify the situation. 

Reinscrierea elevului pentru anul scolar 2012 - 2013 se considera valabila dupa achitarea depozitului de 3500.- Euro sau echivalentul in Lei la cursul 

BNR din ziua platii si predarea prezentei semnate impreuna cu Cadrul Financiar si Conditiile de inscriere pentru anul scolar 2012 - 2013 semnat la 

biroul scolii impreuna cu dovada platii, pana la 17 Februarie 2012. 

Pana in data de 17 Februarie 2012 inclusiv, este garantat locul in scoala pentru anul scolar 2012 – 2013 fara plata depozitului. Incepand cu 

18 Februarie 2012 trebuie sa contactati biroul de inscrieri al scolii pentru a confirma disponibilitatea locului inainte de achitarea taxelor scolare. 

Plata se poate efectua direct in contul scolii. 

Aceasta suma se va deduce din taxa scolara pentru anul scolar 2012 - 2013. 

In cazul in care doriti sa retrageti copilul de la scoala, veti primi rambursari din suma depusa dupa cum urmeaza:

School lunch is an additional service that can be provided by the school at additional costs.

To be paid by 6th August, 2012 if the service is required starting 6th September 2012. 

This service can be provided after the school year started only if the enclosed form is completed and delivered to the 

school office. The Accounts Department will issue an invoice for the lunch service and this service is provided once the 

proof of payment is received at the school. 

If the lunch service is requested after the beginning of the school year, the cost will be calculated pro-rata. 

A se plati pana la 6 August, 2012 daca se solicita acest serviciu incepand cu 6 Septembrie 2012. 

Poate fi oferit si daca anul scolar a inceput numai in cazul in care formularul atasat este completat si predat la secretariatul scolii. Indata ce formularul 

este primit la scoala, departamentul de contabilitate al scolii va trimite factura pentru plata acestui serviciu, iar serviciul va fi furnizat de indata ce 

dovada platii este primita la scoala. 

Pentru situatiile in care serviciul de masa este solicitat dupa inceperea anului scolar, costul va fi calculat pro-rata. 

Cancellations and Refunds: 

Anulari si rambursari: 

The Lunch Service can be cancelled with 30 working days written notice to the school’s office. If proper notice is given, all 

the amounts paid in advance will be refunded. 

Masa de pranz poate fi anulata numai in scris la secretariatul scolii, cu 30 zile lucratoare inainte. Daca cererea de anulare este facuta la timp, plata in 

avans va fi rambursata.

Terms and Conditions BSB Transport

Route, Pick-up times and Drop off times: 

Ruta, Ora de plecare si de sosire: 

Routes are planned to keep individual riding distance and time to a practical minimum. Due to bad traffic/weather 

conditions, it sometimes may take more than an hour for a pupil going to or from school. 

Rutele sunt organizate in asa fel incat traseul parcurs cat si timpul aferent sa fie reduse la minimum. Datorita traficului aglomerat/conditiilor 

meteorologice, cateodata transportul poate sa dureze mai mult de 1 ora pana si de la scoala. 

Non through streets and Private Property 

Strazi adiacente si proprietati private 

Generally, buses will not enter non through streets and private property. Exceptions may be made if the bus needs to 

change direction and the street offers safer means to turn around. 

In general, microbuzele nu intra pe strazi adiacente si proprietati private. Se fac exceptii atunci cand microbuzul schimba directia si strada ofera mijloace 

sigure pentru a intoarce. 

Parents will receive the pick up times by e-mail with confirmation of a place on the school bus. Children need to be ready 

for pick-up at the designated time and place. Buses can not wait for late pupils for more than 5 minutes and will not return 

to pick them up when they have missed the bus. 

Parintii vor primi orele de plecare ale microbuzului pe e-mail cu confirmarea locului pe microbuz. Copiii trebuie sa fie gata de plecare la ora si locul 

stabilite. Microbuzele nu pot astepta copiii care intarzie mai mult de 5 minute si nu se pot intoarce sa ia copiii intarziati. 

When bus changes are needed: 

Cand sunt necesare schimbari de transport: 

Bus transportation is primarily designed for the transport of children from home to school and from school to home. 

Cancellations of the bus on the day must be made by 12:00 by calling/e-mailing the school office, at +4021 267 89 19 / 

e-mail: services@britishschool.ro 

In principal transportul este destinat copiilor de acasa la scoala si de la scoala acasa. Schimbarile legate de rute trebuie comunicate in scris la 

secretariatul scolii. Anularile de transport din ziua respectiva trebuie facute pana in ora 12 la secretariatul scolii, prin telefon sau e-mail, 

la tel: +4021 267 89 19 / e-mail: services@britishschool.ro 

Stops must be the same location every morning and the same location every afternoon. If permanent changes are needed 

(due to a different day care for example), parents must submit a request to the school office, 

by e-mail: services@britishschool.ro or by fax: +4021 267 89 69. The request will be reviewed and notifications will be 

made if a change can be accommodated. This process can take up to 3 days to complete. There must be a compelling 

reason for any change. 

Opririle se fac in acelasi loc in fiecare dimineata si dupa amiaza. Daca sunt necesare schimbari permanente, (in cazul schimbarii zilei) parintii trebuie 

sa completeze o cerere la secretariat, pe e-mail : services@britishschool.ro sau prin fax : +4021 267 89 69. Cererea se analizeaza in termen de 3 zile 

lucratoare, iar schimbarile vor fi facute in masura posibilitatilor. 

Children are not allowed to use a bus other than their assigned bus. Assigned children have priority to transportation. If 

a child needs to go to a friend’s house, parents must make alternative transportation arrangements. For children who are 

not using the bus service, transportation can not be provided. 

Copiii nu au voie sa foloseasca alt microbuz decat cel alocat lor. Copiii care deja s-au inscris au prioritate fata de ceilalti. Daca un copil doreste sa mearga

Behaviour on the bus:

• When on the bus, children must sit down and wear a seatbelt. Loud talking or other noise can distract the bus driver and

orice alt zgomot care poate distrage atentia soferului; 

• Keep aisles clear - any books or bags are tripping hazards and can block the way in an emergency; / Culoarul din autobuz 

trebuie sa fie liber - cartile sau ghiozdanele pot incurca in cazul unei urgente ; 

• At the stop, children must wait for the bus to stop completely before getting up from the seat; / La oprire, copiii trebuie sa 

astepte ca autobuzul sa opreasca definitiv inainte sa se ridice de pe scaun ; 

• Parents will be held responsible for payment of damages / vandalism to the bus. / Parintii vor plati pentru pagubele produse de 

copiii lor in autobuz.

Cost and Method of Payment:

Transportation is an additional service that can be provided by the school at additional costs. 

Transportul este un serviciu aditional care este oferit de scoala contra unui cost suplimentar. 

Only after a place has been confirmed for the child in the bus, the payment has to be made in advance by 6th August 

2012, if the service is required starting 6th September 2012. The bus service may be used to and from school or, by prior 

arrangement, either in the mornings or afternoons at a cost of 75% of the bus fee, according to the Financial Agreement 

and Conditions of Enrolment for 2012 - 2013. 

Dupa ce serviciul a fost confirmat, plata trebuie facuta pana la 6 August 2012 daca se solicita acest serviciu incepand cu 6 septembrie 2012. Serviciul de 

transport poate fi folosit pana si de la scoala sau, conform aranjamentului anterior, doar dimineata sau dupa amiaza, contra unui cost de 75% din taxa 

totala de transport, conform Cadrului financiar si a conditiilor de inscriere pentru 2012 - 2013.

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you wish to cancel the school bus service during the school year, please inform the school office in writing 30 working 

days in advance. Any notice received and subsequently withdrawn may result in the loss of your child’s place. 

Daca doriti sa anulati serviciul transport in timpul anului scolar trebuie sa anuntati acest lucru in scris, la secretariatul scolii, cu 30 zile lucratoare inainte.

No refunds will be made during the school year when the service is not carried out for reasons beyond the school’s

Children who do not behave properly on the bus may be suspended from the service without refund for a period 

established by the Principal.

In case if only one parent or guardian signing this agreement please also attach documentation that prove that you are the

Acceptance for registration is on the understanding that a proof of payment of the non-refundable registration fee and a 

deposit is sent to school attached to this contract (see article 9) and registration forms are properly filled in and signed. 

Acceptarea inscrierii se face pe baza dovezii ca plata a fost facuta si anexata prezentului contract (vezi articolul 9) si documentelor de inscriere 

completate corespunzator si semnate. 

3. BSB reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission if for example: 

a) it determines that the pupil would not benefit educationally 

b) if the special educational needs required by a pupil are not available 

c) the registration deposit and initial fee payments are not made in advance 

d) the school fees are not paid by the due dates 

e) the medical conditions of a student puts in jeopardy the health of the other students or school’s staff. 

f) any other reason that BSB considers relevant. 

BSB isi rezerva dreptul de a refuza sau de a revoca inscrierea daca: 

a) considera ca elevul nu va beneficia din punct de vedere educational 

b) conditiile educationale speciale necesitate de un elev nu sunt disponibile 

c) taxa de inscriere si taxele initiale nu au fost depuse in avans 

d) taxele scolare nu sunt platite la termenul scadent 

e) starea de sanatate a elevului pune in pericol sanatatea celorlalti elevi sau a personalului scolii 

f) exista un oricare alt motiv pe care BSB il considera relevant. 

4. Fees are due annually, payable in advance. If a payment is in arrears FCH may require require to be withdrawn from 

attending school until such time as the arrears have been settled. 

Taxele se achita anual, in avans. Daca este intarziata efectuarea platii, FCH poate hotari ca elevul sa fie retras pana la achitarea restantelor. 

5. Even if a company or organisation has assumed primary responsibility for the payment of fees and other charges, the 

ultimate responsibility for the payment remains with the parent or guardian who enrolled the child and have signed this 

agreement. In such a situation, the company or organisation will not succeed to the rights of the parent or guardian, 

according to this financial agreement. 

Chiar daca o firma sau organizatie si-a asumat raspunderea primara pentru plata taxelor scolare si a altor cheltuieli, raspunderea, in ultima instanta, a 

platii ii revine parintelui sau tutorelui care a inscris copilul si a semnat acest cadru. In astfel de situatii, compania sau organizatia nu se va subroga in 

drepturile parintelui sau tutorelui, conform prezentului cadru financiar. 

6. FCH and BSB Sports & Services S.R.L. reserve the right to increase the school fees, lunch and transportation fees in the 

same proportion in which one of the following factors alters: 

• Inflation 

• Operational costs (staffing, resources, services, fuel, any other reason) 

• Development costs (plant and curriculum) 

The days of notice given by the school will coincide with the days of notice given by the suppliers. 

FCH si BSB Sports & Services S.R.L isi rezerva dreptul de a creste taxele scolare in aceeasi proportie cu care se modifica unul dintre factorii urmatori: 

• Inflatia 

• Costurile de functionare (personal, resurse, servicii, costul combustibilului, orice alt motiv)

place for their child, not the start date.

8. If you wish to withdraw your child 90 working days notice must be received in writing by the school. Notice of 

withdrawal should be given in writing to the Principal. 

Any notice received and subsequently withdrawn may result in the loss of your child’s place. 

There is no reduction/ refund of school in the case of students dismissed from school for severe misconduct, or any other 

case which involves student or parents’ non-compliance with school expectations. 

The 90 working days notice period begins from the date the School Principal has received the Formal Notification of 

Leaving Form - completed ( available at the school office). 

Refunds of school fees will be paid in 90 working days from the date the Formal Notification of Leaving Form has been 

received by the Principal and will be paid according to the following scheme: 

In cazul in care doriti sa retrageti copilul dvs. din cadrul scolii, scoala trebuie sa primeasca o instiintare scrisa, cu 90 de zile lucratoare inainte de 

retragerea copilului. Notificarea scrisa trebuie trimisa Directorului scolii. Orice instiintare primita si retrasa ulterior poate avea ca rezultat pierderea 

locului copilului dvs. 

Taxele scolare nu se ramburseaza total sau partial, in cazul in care elevul a fost exmatriculat din scoala, sau in orice alt caz care presupune 

nerespectarea de catre elev, parinte/tutore a asteptarilor scolii. 

Perioada de notificare de 90 de zile lucratoare incepe din ziua in care Directorul scolii a primit formularul de notificare completat (care este disponibil la 

secretariatul scolii). 

Rambursarile taxelor scolare vor fi platite in 90 de zile lucratoare de la primirea de catre Directorul scolii a formularului de notificare si se vor acorda

paying the deposit. 

Should your circumstances change and you wish to withdraw your child a refund will be given as follows: 

Before 1st April, 2012 - 

100% refund

Before 1st June, 2012 - 

30% refund 

Beginning 1st July, 2012 - no refund will be given.

For those students who register after the 1st July 2012 the non-refundable one off registration fee and the entire school 

fee must be paid in advance, based on an Invoice received with the enrolment papers. A place in the school will be 

guaranteed until the due date on invoice. Please note the place offered at the British School of Bucharest is reserved until 

the due date mentioned on the invoice, following this date if the invoice has not been paid and the enrolment papers 

have not been sent to school, the place will be forfeited. For those students, the school fee will include the registration or 

re-registration deposit according to point a) and b) of this article. 

In all cases: 

- these fees do not include: certain after school activities, extra curricular trips & activities, music lessons or instrument 

rental, school uniform, transport, lunch or examination fees, EAL* costs ( English as an additional language lessons) 

and/or SEN* costs (Special Educational Needs lessons) and/or Educational Psychologist* sessions as needed. * 

EAL is achieved through testing and/or SEN and/or Educational Psychologist needs through Parent-SENCO (Special 

Educational Needs Coordinator) meetings. Parents will be asked for confirmation before registering for EAL/SEN/ Ed 

Psychology sessions. A child that requires any of the above support could be refused registration at BSB if no EAL / 

SEN/ Ed Psychology intervention is agreed to. 

- these fees include: certain after school activities, daytime snack & insurance. 

- Y6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 - will incur an additional examination fee. This cost is incurred due to external examination fees, 

according to students choices regarding exams and subjects and external examination body. Parents will be asked 

for confirmation of examination subjects. 

An invoice for the school fees and any other additional costs will be returned promptly once the Financial Agreement and 

Method of Payment Form have been signed and returned to school.

c) Taxe scolare - Plata integrala pana la 1 Iulie 2012 

Pre-School - Year 6 € 16,850.- 

Year 7 - 13 € 18,950.- 

Pentru elevii inscrisi dupa 1 iulie 2012 trebuie achitata taxa de inscriere nerambursabila si intreaga taxa scolara in avans, conform facturii primite 

impreuna cu documentele de inscriere. Locul in scoala va fi rezervat pana la data la care este scadenta factura. Dupa aceasta data, daca taxele nu au 

fost platite si documentele nu au fost returnate scolii, se pierde rezervarea locului. Pentru acesti elevi, taxa scolara, asa cum a fost stabilita mai sus, 

cuprinde si depozitul de inscriere/reinscriere (dupa caz), care urmeaza regimul depozitului conform punctelor a) si b) ale prezentului articol. 

In toate cazurile: 

- aceste taxe nu includ: anumite activitati din afara programului, excursii si activitati extra-curriculare, lectii de muzica sau inchirierea instrumentelor, 

uniforma scolara, transport sau taxa de examinare, costurile pentru EAL (ore suplimentare de engleza) si/sau costurile SEN (lectii pentru elevii care 

necesita ajutor suplimentar in anumite domenii) si/sau consultatii cu psihologul prin intalniri Parinte-SENCO (Coordonator Lectii Nevoi Speciale). Se va 

cere confirmarea parintilor inainte de inscrierea pentru sedintele de EAL/SEN/Educatie Psihologica. 

Scoala poate refuza inscrierea unui copil la BSB care necesita una dintre variantele mai sus mentionate, daca nu a fost inscris la unul din cursurile EAL/ 

SEN/Educatie Psihologica recomandat de scoala. 

- In aceste taxe sunt incluse o parte din activitile din afara programului scolar, lapte & fructe, asigurare. 

- Pentru anii 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 - se va percepe in plus o taxa de examinare. Aceasta taxa se va percepe datorita costurilor de examinare externa, in 

conformitate cu alegerea elevilor privitoare la examene, subiecte si comisia de examinare externa. Inainte de inscrierea la examen, se va cere parintilor 

sa confirme subiectele de examinare. 

O factura pentru taxele scolare si orice cost aditional, va fi emisa si trimisa acasa, imediat ce Cadrul Financiar si Metoda de Plata a fost semnata si 

returnata scolii. 

10. Lunch Service – offered by BSB Sports & Services SRL. 

To be paid by 6th August 2012 if the service is required starting 6th September 2012. 

This service can be provided after the school year started only if the enclosed form is completed and delivered to the 

school office. The Accounts Department will issue an invoice for the lunch service and the service is provided once the 

proof of payment is received at the school. If lunch service is requested after the beginning of school year, the cost will be

numai in cazul in care formularul atasat este completat si predat in secretariatul scolii. Indata ce formularul este primit la scoala, departamentul de 

Contabilitate al scolii va emite factura pentru plata acestui serviciu, iar serviciul va fi furnizat indata ce dovada platii este primita la scoala. Pentru 

situatiile in care serviciul de masa este solicitat dupa inceperea anului scolar, costul va fi calculat pro-rata.

The lunch service can be cancelled with 30 working days written notice to the school’s office. If proper notice is given all 

the amounts paid in advance will be refunded. 

Acest serviciu se poate anula cu o notificare scrisa depusa la secretariatul scolii cu 30 zile lucratoare inainte. In cazul acesta toate sumele platite in 

avans se vor rambursa. 

11. Bus service – offered by BSB Sports & Services S.R.L through externally contracted mini buses. 

To be paid by 6th August, 2012 if the service is required starting 6th September 2012. 

This service can be provided after the school year started only if places are available and the required form is completed 

and delivered to the school office. The school’s office will confirm places available on the bus and the Accounts 

Department will issue an invoice for the bus service. The service is provided once the proof of payment is received at the 

school.

pentru plata acestui serviciu. Serviciul de transport va fi furnizat indata ce dovada platii este primita la scoala.

If you wish to cancel the school bus service during the school year, please do so in writing 30 working days in advance at 

the school office at services@britishschool.ro or fax: +40 21 267 89 69. Any notice received and subsequently withdrawn 

may result in the loss of your child’s place. 

School bus routes and stops are arranged to be as convenient as possible within the limitation imposed by time, traffic 

and safety. 

No refunds will be made when the service is not carried out for reasons beyond the school’s control. 

The service may, by prior arrangement, be used either in the mornings or afternoons at a cost of 75% of the bus fee. 

Request of daily changes of bus stops will only be accepted with at least 24 hours written notice to the BSB Office at 

services@britishschool.ro or fax: +40 21 267 89 69 

Children who do not behave properly on the bus may be suspended from the service without refund.

Orice instiintare primita si retrasa ulterior poate avea ca rezultat pierderea locului copilului dvs. 

Traseul microbuzelor este ales cat mai convenabil posibil tinand seama de limitele impuse de timp, trafic si siguranta. 

Nu se fac rambursari in conditiile in care acest serviciu este anulat din motive care nu pot fi controlate de scoala. 

Serviciul poate fi folosit, cu notificare anterioara, fie doar dimineata sau dupa amiaza la 75% din costul taxei de transport. 

Cereri cu privire la schimbari temporare ale traseului vor fi acceptate numai cu o notificare scrisa catre secretariatul scolii cu cel putin 24h inainte la 

services@britishschool.ro sau fax: +40 21 267 89 69. 

Elevii care au un comportament neadecvat in microbuz pot fi suspendati fara a se acorda rambursari. 

12. All Bank charges applied by both beneficiary’s and payer’s bank are the responsibility of the parents/companies 

undertaking to pay the fees, this also applies in the case of a refund. 

Taxele bancare aplicate beneficiarului si ordonatorului platilor sunt responsabilitatea parintelui/companiei platitoare, inclusiv in situatia rambursarii 

taxelor necuvenite. 

13. Overdue Fees: 

Taxe restante: 

Overdue fees will carry an interest at the percentage rate equal to the school fee and increased by 0,2% / delayed day. 

Admission of pupils to the school will not be permitted until fees and related interest charges have been paid to date. 

Penalizarea va fi egala cu 0,2% pe zi din taxa scolara totala pentru intarzierile de plata. 

Admiterea copiilor in scoala nu va fi acceptata pana ce taxele si penalizarile nu au fost achitate. 

14. Discounts towards school fees: 

Reduceri la taxa scolara: 

- full payment before 1st February, 2012: 5% discount 

- full payment before 1st March, 2012: 4 % discount 

- full payment before 1st April, 2012: 3 % discount 

- full payment before 1st May, 2012: 2 % discount 

- plata integrala achitata pana la 1 Februarie, 2012: 5% reducere

Discounts apply only if the child’s file is completed. 

If the school fees are not paid according to the discounts offered, the discount will be calculated according to the date of 

payment. 

Discounts are offered only towards school fees (Article 9) 

In case of withdrawal the registration fee of 800.- Euro for new students and the deposit of 3500.- Euro will be deducted 

from the refunded amount according to Article 9 letters a) and b) the difference (consisting of the annual school fee from 

which the deposit has been deducted ) will be refunded according to Article 8. 

Reducerile se acorda numai daca dosarul copilului este complet. 

Daca taxele nu sunt platite la termen se recalculeaza discountul corespunzator lunii in care a fost achitata taxa scolara. 

Discountul se aplica numai taxelor scolare (articolul 9) 

In cazul retragerii din scoala, taxa de inscriere de 800.- euro si depozitul de 3500.- euro vor fi rambursate conform articolului 9 lit a) si b), iar restul taxei 

scolare (reprezentand taxa scolara anuala din care s-a scazut depozitul) va fi rambursat conform articolului 8. 

15. BSB – FCH and BSB Sports & Services S.R.L will offer their services separate according to the present Financial 

Agreement and Conditions of Enrolment, the services offered by BSB Sports & Services S.R.L can not influence the main 

agreement regarding the educational services offered by British School of Bucharest – Fundatia Crawford House. The 

obligations of British School of Bucharest – Fundatia Crawford House and BSB Sports & Services S.R.L are to be treated 

independently; each party will be responsible for the way that it will carry out its obligations. BSB Sports & Services S.R.L 

will carry out only the services outlined in article 10 and 11 of this Financial Agreement. 

BSB – FCH si BSB Sports & Services S.R.L vor presta separat serviciile conform prezentului cadrul financiar, executarea obligatiilor auxiliare oferite 

de BSB Sports & Services S.R.L neputand influenta contractul principal privind serviciul educational prestat de British School of Bucharest. Obligatiile 

British School of Bucharest – Fundatia Crawford House si BSB Sports & Services S.R.L sunt divizibile, fiecare parte va raspunde pentru modul in care isi 

va respecta obligatiile. BSB Sports & Services S.R.L presteaza numai serviciile enumerate la articolele 10 si 11 din acest Cadru Financiar. 

16. This agreement is subject to Romanian Law, and any dispute arising shall be settled accordingly. 

We have read the Financial Agreement and the Conditions of Enrolment written above, accept them unconditionally and 

we agree to comply with these and the Parent Handbook. 

Acest cadru e supus legilor romane, si orice litigiu care se poate ivi va fi solutionat conform acestor legi. 

Am citit Cadrul Financiar si conditiile de Inscriere de mai sus si Parent Handbook, le acceptam neconditionat si suntem de acord sa le respectam.
