In response you will receive a<br />
written confirmation of your booking,<br />
including detailed information on the options<br />
available for travelling to the school and the<br />
designated meeting point.<br />
On receipt of confirmation a payment of 10 %<br />
of the total price of the course should be paid<br />
into the account indicated within two weeks.<br />
This deposit will never exceed 250 euros. The<br />
balance is then paid to the school in Spain /<br />
Latin America within the first week of arrival.<br />
In the case of a course lasting longer than 4<br />
weeks, the outstanding balance for those first<br />
four weeks is also to be paid during the first<br />
week, however payments for any subsequent<br />
weeks may be made separately.<br />
Cancellation<br />
We must be notified of any cancellation in<br />
writing (this includes e-mail) from the person<br />
who registered for the course in question. If<br />
the notification is received more than four<br />
weeks prior to the start of the course, a small<br />
handling fee of 15 euros will be charged. If<br />
the notification is received less than four<br />
weeks before the course commences, the<br />
entire deposit will be retained. You have the<br />
right to reclaim the deposit if you can provide<br />
proof that the language academy in question<br />
has incurred no financial losses on your<br />
behalf.<br />
Liability<br />
In the unlikely event that we do<br />
not fulfill our promise and fail to provide the<br />
services agreed upon, we are liable to refund<br />
up to three times the sum of the course costs.<br />
We cannot be held liable/accept responsibility<br />
for any bodily injury or illness experienced<br />
during your stay.<br />
