Sponsorship: Several levels available<br />
Description: <strong>Hagley</strong>’s Car Show is the premier car show in the region.<br />
Thous<strong>and</strong>s of car enthusiasts gather at <strong>Hagley</strong> every September to<br />
marvel at more than 500 cars in the general field <strong>and</strong> 100 vehicles in the<br />
special feature. Unique to the <strong>Hagley</strong> Car Show is its beautiful setting<br />
near Eleutherian Mills, the original home of the du Pont family, <strong>and</strong><br />
the distinctive cars it attracts every year. Visitors come primarily from<br />
Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryl<strong>and</strong>, <strong>and</strong> New Jersey.<br />
$5,000 Entertainment Sponsor - Your company’s name will appear in<br />
press releases, fliers, programs, <strong>and</strong> the annual report; <strong>and</strong> included in<br />
day-of-show announcements. You will have the opportunity to entertain<br />
in the Great Room of the <strong>Hagley</strong> Barn (room, tables, chairs, <strong>and</strong> building<br />
manager provided). You’ll also receive 100 family passes for the event,<br />
ten VIP parking passes, forty wrist b<strong>and</strong>s, <strong>and</strong> a select viewing area with<br />
seating for twenty along the parade route.<br />
$1,500 Vehicle Sponsor - At <strong>this</strong> level you will have the opportunity<br />
to showcase two vehicles or your company at the event. You may set<br />
up a display with one six-foot table <strong>and</strong> two chairs (optional). You will<br />
be included in day-of-show announcements, on the program, <strong>and</strong> in<br />
the annual report. You will receive fifteen passes for the event, two VIP<br />
parking passes, <strong>and</strong> eight wristb<strong>and</strong>s.<br />
$1,000 Car Enthusiast Sponsor - This level gives you the opportunity<br />
to display promotion flyers at <strong>Hagley</strong>’s <strong>information</strong> booth or showcase one<br />
vehicle at the event. You will be included in day-of-show announcements,<br />
on the program, <strong>and</strong> in the annual report. You will receive ten family<br />
passes for the event, one VIP parking pass, <strong>and</strong> four wristb<strong>and</strong>s.<br />
$500 Friend Sponsor - Friend Sponsors will have their name listed on<br />
program <strong>and</strong> in the annual report. You will receive five family passes for<br />
the event <strong>and</strong> you will be included in day-of-show announcements.<br />
All sponsors receive: Name on event program, on news releases, <strong>and</strong> in<br />
<strong>Hagley</strong>’s annual report.<br />
