Official transcripts from all colleges previously attended must be on file be<strong>for</strong>e<br />

submitting the <strong>Petition</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Graduation</strong> to ensure all credits are properly posted.<br />

Certificate of Achievement must be on file.<br />

The <strong>Petition</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Graduation</strong> should be submitted in October of the year be<strong>for</strong>e the<br />

student plans to graduate to ensure a <strong>Graduation</strong> Evaluation prior to the beginning of<br />

the Spring semester.<br />

A completed <strong>Petition</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Graduation</strong> <strong>for</strong>m is required to initiate the awarding of an<br />

Associate Degree or Certificate of Achievement.<br />

The completed <strong>Petition</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Graduation</strong> should be submitted to:<br />
