Patient declined to continue on steroid
Relapse of fatigue, tearfulness, mood
swings and occasional collapse
BP – 160/90 ; No postural drop/ No pulse
difference between limbs
ESR – rising (80)
U/S of temporal /axillary / carotid
thickening
TA Biopsy - Neg.
