hereto, should be used as a guide for the intervietling of sources.<br />

Additional forms indicated in the ATIC publication "How to Hake F1.yobrpts"<br />

will be used where applicable, but instructions in that manual in conflict<br />

with instructions contained in this Guide will be disregarded. <strong>The</strong><br />

information compiled from the use of all these forms will be included<br />

in the Form 112 in summarized form. In no case will the forms themselves<br />

be incorporated into, or completely copied into, the 112 report.<br />

of the various ADC agencies that will be involved. <strong>The</strong>se should be drafted <br />

by the 4602d AISS with careful attention to present p~ procedures and re­<br />

quirements of the primary ADC mission. <strong>The</strong>y will reqUire full ADC . <br />

·coordination end review before promulgction. D/R&E .will provide DCs/I <br />

monitoring of this similar policy matters. <br />

6. In developing a final and specific agreement for HJC assumption of <br />

responsibilities in the <strong>UFOB</strong> ev~ luetion program, it will bo necessary: <br />

a. To make a coroful time-study anc,lysis of the resultant<br />

functions and tasks;<br />

b. To determine what scientific Clssistnncc ATIC has bean<br />

utilizing in its prcli mi nn ry ovaluations of·its r eports;<br />

and<br />

from such activitios as t emporary duty travel.<br />
