Conference Guide and other marketing materials
• Premium placement of sponsor’s banner in the Keynote Theatre during
both days of the event (sponsor to provide banner)
• Sponsor to provide a seat drop in Keynote Theatre
• One 45 minute session within the SecureWorld conference session agenda
(SecureWorld Expo approval of speaker and conference session required)
• Sponsor is also entitled to sponsor one – Executive Roundtable (subject to availability)

• One seat on an Industry Expert Panel (Based on submission deadline)
• SecureWorld Expo will promote and invite sponsor’s VIP’s to sponsor’s private function
• Sponsor entitled to participate in Dash for Prizes and Casino Table sponsor
• Sponsor is entitled to provide an Attendee Bag insert
• Sponsor is entitled to a one time list rental of an alumni attendee database through a
3rd party mail house in an effort to support the sponsor’s pre-event marketing efforts
(SecureWorld Expo to approve of sponsor’s mailer. SecureWorld Expo’s logo to appear
in tandem with sponsor’s logo on mailer).

VIP clients and/or prospects featuring sponsor’s booth number and logo
