<strong>HOW</strong> <strong>TO</strong> <strong>SUBMIT</strong> <strong>YOUR</strong> <strong>APPLICATION</strong><br />

Filling out the Application Form<br />

The Application Form is formatted as an active PDF file that can be filled out by typing information into<br />

the provided spaces/boxes and by clicking on check boxes.<br />

You can save the Application Form to your own computer like any other document you create or receive<br />

from another party. In this way, you do not have to complete the Application Form in one session.<br />

Instead, you can fill out and make changes to the form as often as you like before submitting it.<br />

Submitting the Application Form<br />

We ask that applications be submitted in both of the following ways:<br />

1. One complete hard copy of the Application Form (including supporting documents) must be mailed<br />

2. One completed Application Form only (without supporting documents) must be submitted using the<br />

“Submit Form” click button in the top right corner of the PDF form, or using the “Click here to<br />

submit Application online” button found at the end of the PDF Application Form.<br />

When you click either of these buttons, a message box will appear on your screen entitled “Select Email<br />

Client”. Please select “Desktop Email Application” and then click “OK”.<br />

The Application Form will be submitted automatically to <strong>SEDI</strong> by your email application.<br />

application with, but not limited to, <strong>SEDI</strong>’s Grant Review Committee, <strong>SEDI</strong>’s Board of Directors, legal counsel, and other<br />

proposed financiers of the project in the application.<br />

Authorizes the TD Financial Literacy Grant Fund to disclose on <strong>SEDI</strong>’s website, a separate website of the TD Financial<br />

Literacy Grant Fund, and/or on any TD Bank Financial Group website any and all information pertaining to the application,<br />

if funded.<br />

Authorize(s) the TD Financial Literacy Grant Fund or its authorized representatives to perform audits of the project.<br />

Agree(s) that the applicant shall notify the TD Financial Literacy Grant Fund if and when any material changes occur to<br />

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST 2012 2013 -<br />

The following documents form part of an application to the TD Financial Literacy Grant Fund. One hard copy of each<br />

document must be submitted by mail along with the application form. Please include the Document Checklist when<br />
